Göksu Law has significant experience in international investment arbitration and is among the handful of firms in Turkey to have an investment arbitration practice.  Although we have broad experience defending investors, we also represent states, and have done so with considerable success.

Our experience representing both investors and states enables us to envisage and understand each side’s strengths and weaknesses, and thus to identify winning arguments and counter-arguments for our clients.

In recent years, we have represented and advised investors from Turkey, Scotland, Jersey Islands, England, Sweden in investment arbitrations against sovereign states around the world, including Turkey, Ethiopia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia.
