Engin Özoğul is a leading construction specialist with broad experience in EPC, FIDIC and turnkey contracts as well as JV agreements, commercial law and compliance. He worked for over 13 years as in-house counsel at TAV Construction, one of Turkey’s leading construction companies. Before joining Göksu Law, Engin was TAV’s Chief Legal Counsel and Head of Compliance. At Göksu, his practice focus on complex commercial and construction disputes.
